Shannon E. Holbrook is a partner with extensive experience in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, and general liability defense.  For over twenty years, Mr. Holbrook’s practice has been concentrated on the defense of hospitals, physicians, nurses, physician groups, and other healthcare providers in both state and federal courts in complex medical malpractice cases, frequently involving death and catastrophic injuries.  His practice also includes defending hospitals and other healthcare clients in personal injury and litigation matters, including premises liability, sexual misconduct, and assault cases, as well as the representation of healthcare professionals and facilities in matters before the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and the Illinois Department of Public Health.

Mr. Holbrook has served as a presenter and co-presenter for various educational and professional seminars covering a variety of topics affecting hospitals and other professionals in the healthcare industry, including prevention of liability claims and confidentiality and disclosure of medical information.
