Shana A. O’Grady is a partner with decades of dedication to professional malpractice defense, including legal malpractice defense and medical malpractice defense. She has extensive experience in hospital and long-term care litigation defense, including defense of regional hospitals, national long-term care clients, and municipal-owned facilities, as well as with application of the Illinois Nursing Home Care Act, Medical Studies Act, and other state and federal regulation applicable to medical and long-term care defense.
