Scott D. Pfeiffer

Scott D. Pfeiffer is a partner with extensive experience in state and federal courts and has been admitted pro hac vice in 16 separate jurisdictions.  Mr. Pfeiffer has a national practice that focuses in the areas of environmental claims, product liability claims, toxic tort claims, personal injury claims in the transportation and construction industries, commercial litigation, and drug and medical device litigation.

He is a board member of The National Forum for Environmental & Toxic Tort Issues and has participated in speaking engagements on the topics of asbestos litigation, personal jurisdiction, coal workers’ pneumoconiosis litigation, and food flavoring litigation.  He is also a member of the Elite Defense Network – Berkley Life Sciences.
