Jamie H. Waynee concentrates her practice in medical malpractice defense, representing healthcare institutions, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living facilities, post-acute care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and managed care organizations. As part of her practice at Cray•Huber, she also represents those institutions’ physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers across a wide variety of specialties to address healthcare issues, as well as professional and statutory liability issues. Ms. Waynee’s practice additionally includes the defense of premises liability claims and other litigation against healthcare facilities. She aids in jury trials, mediations, and pre-trial conferences.
