Bryan has extensive state and federal trial experience. He has personally tried over 100 jury trials to verdict. Bryan has also handled over 50 bench trials and numerous mediations and arbitrations. Bryan regularly handles all aspects of complex tort litigation, catastrophic loss, and wrongful death litigation.
In addition to Bryan’s experience in tort law, he has an extensive practice in commercial litigation and commercial transactions. Bryan has advised businesses in contract disputes, contract negotiation and formation. Bryan has handled international commercial litigation and complex Uniform Commercial Code disputes. He has litigated Chicago Municipal Code violations and assisted with Chicago business licensing or permits. Bryan has successfully argued zoning changes before the Chicago Zoning Board of Appeals.
Bryan has formed Limited Liability Companies and Corporations for his clients in addition to drafting the governing documents for those entities. Bryan has also performed duties as an election attorney for Chicago Municipal candidates and Illinois State candidates since 2007.
Bryan has handled Civil Rights matters in federal court including defending a suburban police department in a §1983 action. Bryan’s unique and diverse trial experience gives him an ability to handle a wide range legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
