On April 23, Adam Carter presented “Personal Jurisdiction After Daimler AG v. Bauman,” at the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel’s Statewide CLE Series at The Outing Club in Davenport, IA.  Adam prepared the presentation on the Supreme Court’s 2014 ruling in Daimler AG v.
